Waiting for the weekend, that is!

Oh, just Friday left, and it can't pass the first 17 hours fast enough ;) After that, it can take it's time while I'm deciding whether to go retail therapying or not  Will see after the meeting *dun-dun-duhn... dun-dun-duhn...*

Maybe I should have held out those two extra days for the Babylon 5 s4 boxset and the latest Stargate dvd, then I could impulse-buy something I was getting anyways...

Got two pallets worth of boxes of journals back from the binders today - I think they can stay where they are for the next couple of... weeks. Still trying to get all the new journals onto the system after the acquisitions module was brought up recently after all these months...

[Zoidberg voice] Hooray, I'm famous!

The B-Movie That Suits Me Is:

Robot Monster: Although Blood Feast might deserve this title better, Robot Monster is known as the king of crappy movies. Unlike Blood Feast, this movie played in major theatres. One of the writters took it so seriously that when the movie got much deserved bad reviews, he attempted suicide. In his mind it was art.

Which b-movie you should see next.

What magazine am I?

I am Book: There is nothing better then the written word. Nothing engrosses me more then a masterpiece on paper. If you want to watch COPS you can always dig my TV out of the dumpster.
What magazine am I?

I always thought I'd be something like MAD

Funny that "Robot Monster" came up as your B-movie... we're maintaining a database of SF celebrities who die during the year for an In Memoriam video at Toronto Trek, and Elmer Bernstein, who composed the music, just passed away.

(Hee... I almost typed "composted" instead of "composed". I guess that's fitting.)

Oh, and you should definitely go for retail therapy. Buying lots of DVDs always makes me (and the staff at Future Shop) feel happy. Especially those days when I drop $1000 in an hour. :) Mind you, I still have yet to get around to actually watching most of them...
