"What I did on my holidays"

seandcAnyone need a short version of what happened this weekend? ;)
I knew it! :lol:
There was an article in today's paper, saying how Perth was the most British of all Australian cities. My Grandpa would've been so proud. :D And me and my accent would seem to bear this fact out...
The article also went on to mention what kind of shops and dishes we could expect to find here as opposed to the Eastern cities with different immigration levels. Specifically mentioned was the British Lolly Shop - I'm thinking this ain't a bad thing :lol: If it wasn't in the northern suburbs I'd have a new place to get Irn Bru :D Ah well, sticking with the international food place in London Court...
I could really do with an Irn Bru around now... or pretty much anything to overcome the smoke smell abouts (almost 8pm and still over 30 dC).

A - Accent: Not so pure Strine... some people actually think I'm English! My accent is more of a "public school" (in the English sense) accent than my working class roots. Must be all that time watching stuff from the Beeb as a kid. ;)
B - Breast size: *crosses arms* That's for me to know and you to find out ;) :P
C - Chore you hate: Mowing.
D - Dad's name: John
E - Essential make-up item: Soap?
F - Favorite perfume: There's different kinds? O_o (ok, I know there's different kinds, but I've got no way of knowing what's what)

I - Insomnia: Usually on Sunday nights...
J - Job title: Captain of the Spamotopia ;) Moonlighting as a mildmannered Officer Level One.
K - Kids: None, not now or in the future, no matter how society may brainwash people into assuming...
L - Living arrangements: Shared house
M - Mum's birthplace: Perth
N - Number of apples you've eaten: Sorry, forgot to start counting when I was a baby...
O - Overnight hospital stays: A night when I was a kid with food poisoning - I should've realised then how bad my connection with other kids would be for the next decade and a bit, when someone tried to steal my Garfield...
P - Phobia: Being raked over the coals...
R - Religious affiliation: No specific affiliation
S - Siblings: None, except a possible half brother who I'll never meet.
T - Time you wake up: Too early.
U - Unnatural hair colours you've worn: Gold... oh wait, that was a wig...
V - Vegetable you refuse to eat: Celery
W - Where was W? Wibble.
X - X-rays you've had: Had a bunch done on my noggin...
Y - Yummy foods you make: Icecream, according to ye olde recipe "take out of freezer, add spoon" :D

My brother would be on my dad's side - who knows where in the world he may have ended up after dad left Scotland? ;)
