A most excellent find!
Jul. 12th, 2004 05:56 pmHow's it going, dudes? :D
Why am I talking this strange way? Well, here's the deal - this afternoon I was walking in the general vicinity of Dada Records in town (which still has an entire floor of actual records), and I found myself drawn to the bright shinies (ie - CDs)inside... before I knew it ;) I was walking out with the soundtrack to Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure (yeah, one of the movies I grew up on).
Also walked to work today... I didn't feel like going all the way to terminus and waiting, so just put one foot in front of the other. Actually, the previous CATbus caught up with me at the next stop, but I didn't feel like getting on. Turns out I was able to see it only beat me to Silver City's stop by a half-minute anyways.
And they're pruning a whole bunch of trees around here... and cutting some entirely down (I think someone at the council was watching the Beavis and Butt-head episode concerning tree-pruning ;))... the walk home looks so bare now... (and it's gonna be horrendous in summer...)
