Minor update

seandcSpring is almost sprung, and it seems the new season seems to agree with the river - once more with dolphins! This time right off the Canning Bridge (the side that can be seen off) - just a flicker of wings down below, and suddenly a sitting bird is joined by surfacing dolphins, probably the closest I've seen recently.
Before this trip in the bus (which I only just made it onto) I was shopping for a card for Dad (for tis Father's Day this Sunday down here). I should've got into the city itself (but was held up making up time at work). The range at the post office and newsagency weren't exactly large. Nor did they have the shiny gold cards I saw a couple of years ago elsewhere (yeah, shiny gets my attention - don't be surprised ;)). Found a "mirror" looking card in the range available (so many had inscriptions that didn't seem right for my family) and now it's home to meet with the metallic pens...
My fringe is getting longer quicker - a little under two weeks ago it was just at eye-length, now it's long past there. It'll be good to finally get it cut next week - it's starting to be a pain.
Well, just getting all this down while I remember - another long day tomorrow - bossless for sure, possibly all on my lonesome - after filling in for S for two days, I'm sure all these loans are revenge for last week's search requests. And on my lonesome, I can take as long as I *need* to certain things, no matter how instantly we're "meant" to do two people's worth.
I need to find some new icons...
