On the opposition to the new railway. Saw an article in Saturday's West Australian (http://www.thewest.com.au/20040717/news/general/tw-news-general-home-sto128248.html) wherein one of Australia's most renowned engineers says it's a bad plan, gonna cost heaps more than forecast, and most importantly for me, says that a few will be serviced "to the detriment of thousands of southern suburbs commuters who now travelled to Perth along Kwinana Freeway on the dedicated bus lane, which would be replaced by the train line."

Sure, I may seem a little selfish, but then, who else is gonna give a damn... and to quote The Simpsons: "Y'know Homer, criticism is easy..." "Fun too!" :lol:

Had a training thingo at work today, learning the new system for keeping track of all our equipmental things... looks easy enough, assuming I'm given access soon...
