seandcHooray, we're finally back up and running with the LJs! :D Twas disconcerting, missing checking the FL and the recent posts page... *checks on US time, figures he can get away without commentary ;) * I mean, I was totally and utterly unaffected by the downtime. :D :angel:
There's fires burning in the eastern hills where city meets country - the city's been breathing smoke since late last night, it's covering much of the metro area.
*looks at a headline on Lisnews* And it looks like I might not have to leave the house at all soon: "Run your very own library from your home or office?" *reads more* oh, for cataloguing your own stuff, not running stuff by remote... oops :angel: Well, I can dream of late mornings and not having to face the traffic.
Well, apart from taking a closer look at my surroundings. Like Friday on the way home, the walkway to the busport brings us very close to a certain stand of trees, and a wagtail's nest right at eye level. And the shopping, of course... *camps out at comic store for next Friday's comics* :D
