1) My uncle once: took us to a Turkish restaurant (he's Turkish himself).

2) Never in my life: will I understand people.

3) When I was five: I was having a jolly good time, only to be interrupted by the whole "school" thing. ;)

4) High School was: Hell.

5) I will never forget: Um... maybe I'd better say anything here... *has colander for memory*

6) I once met: Terry Pratchett.

7) There's this girl: who has been properly introduced to Deep Space Nine thanks to me.

8) Once, at a bar: I got to watch seaQuest on their telly since our aerial wasn't installed yet (this being the country, the aerials that far out being about 10m tall to get anything).

9) By noon I'm usually: waiting to hear who gets to go to lunch first (if I had my way we could all just go, sod anyone who rings at lunchtime).

10) Last night I: did the same thing I do every night - try to take over the world!

11) If I only had: a transporter.

12) Next time I go to church, I will: possibly not even realise - this one time we were told we'd be seeing this movie-thing in a church, and it turned out the church was a building I'd passed many times but never realised it was an actual church.

13) Terry Schiavo: is just one of the people that situation has happened to.

14) What worries me most: trying to get around without being run over, mugged, or eye scratched out by swooping magpies.

15) When I turn my head left, I see: the wall, a light switch, an open door.

16) When I turn my head right, I see: tv, bed, comic boxes.

17) You know I'm lying when: you ask me "what happened" since I'll usually make something up - paratroopers, explosions, Green Lanterns...

18) What I miss most about the eighties: TV!

19) If I was a character written by Shakespeare, I'd be: the Prince Regent shouting "Look behind you Mister Caesar!" A character from one of the forgotten plays.

20) By this time next year: I might've finally gotten over sticker shock and gotten around to buying some sunnies.

21) A better name for me would be: Milord.

22) I have a hard time understanding: people.

23) If I ever go back to school I'll: have been in some kind of real world "Do over".

38) Paper clips are more useful than: staples, since they can be re-used and re-used and you don't need to rip/use a remover...
